The thing I dreaded the most, and wanted least to do before I go to bed is done! The kitchen is clean!
The best part about it is I am under no contractual obligation to post a picture, before OR after, plus I can now write a guilt-free post! Thanks to Traci at Country Wife, Country Life for the inspiration. Just trying to keep another short account! (Besides that, I'm all caught up on ALL the laundry, and Traci and friends know what I mean.) And I smile as I publish!

A cookie... or three! :)
What kind of cookie? Did you make enough to share? Is it from your family cookbook? We are STILL waiting for Friday food party you will be having LOL.
And well you should!!!!
Smile AND have a cookie.
Susan
Rejoice with the Cookie Song...C is for cookie...that's good enough for me...C is for cookie that's good enough for me...C is for cookie that's good enough for MEEEEEEEEEE ...Cookie, Cookie, Cookie starts with C...*: )
If only I had Nancy here to sing the Cookie Song while I eat the 3 cookies Kristi suggested I have, while I wait to post the recipe on Friday(See Betty Crocker Oatmeal Raisin Recipe), and begin this day with a smile-and another cookie! The crazy thing-it took 5 simple minutes to clean the kitchen.
In my moring stress, I said to myself: "Ireally must make sure I clean the kitchen before bed from now on!" So that's my goal... I'll take your blog title as a sign:) Good job!
Liz, it's crazy because often the things I put off take such little time. Case in point was the kitchen last night. A much better way to start the day! I'm cheering all of us on!
